Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Vaigence Tech website at vaigence.tech and any discovery calls, proposals, or correspondence that come before we sign an engagement contract. Paid work itself is governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work, and those terms take precedence over these for anything they address.

This site is operated by Vaigence Limited. References below to “we,” “us,” or “Vaigence” mean Vaigence Limited.

By accessing this site or engaging with us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Through this site we let you:

• Learn about the kinds of systems we build.
• Look at sample case studies.
• Book a discovery call to scope a potential engagement.
• Email us directly.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to deliver any specific service. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement.

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
• Scrape content at scale or train models on it without our written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else when contacting us.

The content on this site, including copy, layout, visual design, logos, and case study materials, is owned by Vaigence Limited or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not republish, sell, or rebrand the content as your own.

IP rights in any work we deliver under a paid engagement (code, deliverables, documentation) are addressed in that engagement’s contract, not here.

Discovery calls are treated as confidential on both sides. We will not disclose your business information without consent, and we ask the same in return for anything we share about our methods, prior work, or pricing. A formal NDA is available on request and is required before any deeper technical review.

The site links to or embeds third-party services such as Google Calendar (for scheduling) and the platforms used for any case study integrations referenced. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Sample case studies on the site are presented for illustration. Specific metrics described may be representative or anonymised; details of any real engagement are subject to the confidentiality of the client involved.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about outcomes for any business that engages us. Every engagement’s deliverables and success criteria are defined in the contract for that engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaigence Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to a notional sum of 100,000 NGN (or equivalent in your currency). Liability under any paid engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
