Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 May 2026
What this covers
This policy explains how the vaigence.tech website uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, and pixel tags). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes the broader data practices of Vaigence Limited.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to store. It can be used to remember you between page loads (e.g. keep you signed in), measure how the site is used, or recognise you across visits. Local and session storage do similar things but live in your browser’s storage rather than a cookie file.
What we use
We use a small, deliberately limited set of cookies and storage. We do not run third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell tracking data.
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site to load and function (routing, basic security, remembering UI state such as your dialog open/closed preference within a session). These do not require consent.
- Preferences. Remember low-risk choices such as theme or whether you have already dismissed a banner. Stored locally in your browser.
- Aggregate analytics (only if enabled). If we run analytics, we use privacy-respecting, aggregated measurement to count visits and understand which pages help. We do not build advertising profiles.
Third-party services that may set cookies
- Google Calendar. When you click any “Book a Chat” or “Book a discovery call” button, you are sent to Google’s scheduling page in a new tab. Google may set its own cookies there under its own policies.
- Hosting and CDN. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and performance (e.g. rate limiting, bot mitigation).
We have no control over cookies set on third-party sites you visit from links here.
How to control cookies
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. You can also use private or incognito browsing.
- Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site (for example, navigation or form submission).
- To opt out of analytics, you can use your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or block analytics requests with a browser extension. We will treat any received DNT signal as a request to disable optional analytics.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly track them.
Changes
If we add or remove a cookie category we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
